Subject: Dissemination of ASC Proformas

 

Dear Sir,

 

I hope you are doing well. In reference to DEOs conference held yesterday (1-11-2018) and last stock take meeting under the chairmanship of Secretary sb ESED, where it was discussed that the DEO sahiban would disseminate the ASC proformas via their staff, similar to last year’s school census.

It is requested of your good self that the same may be communicated by you to the DEO sahiban that the ASC proformas may reach the schools at the earliest convenience, as it is being planned that the Activity will start from 10th November 2018. Also they may ensure that the concerned head teachers / school in-charge should correctly fill the proformas at the earliest convenience (before the DCMA visit).

 

Please Note, all the proformas have already been dispatched and our DMO offices will receive proformas in a day or two which will be forwarded to the DEO offices respectively.
