                                With reference meeting with Deputy Commissioner Swat on 23-4-2018 discussed the following items as per detail given below:

 Ø  To engage education department and school children for participation in the cleanliness campaign in order to become a responsible citizen:

Ø  Cleanliness in Schools · School is a place where one can learn so many things. It helps the students to grow up into a responsible person. Every day the students spend a lot of time in school for learning and playing.

1-     Cleanliness instruction in daily School assembly.

2-     Constitute cleanliness committee at school level

3-     Arrange competition activity among the students.

4-     Daily students’ cleanliness checking by class teacher.

5-     Monthly school cleanliness day celebration.

6-     Installation of dustbin in every class/school

7-     The students should be clean, every morning this is to be inspected before the school starts

8-     Schools should have drinking water facilities and Toilets cleanliness &water Tank on weekly and chlorination on quarterly basis.

9-     To inculcate good harts by students like washing hands after defecation etc.

 

 All Head of institutions/SDEO concerned to ensure the compliance of the said direction under intimation to this office.
