Notification for IMU Reported Defaulters/Schools:

You are directed to explain and report regarding the closure of your school along with absent teaching and non-teaching and personal visit DMO within 3-days positively otherwise penalty will be imposed on the concerned staff of your school. (Lists enclosed). In case of no legal reply, then submit challan for deduction per absentee from the concerned absent staff of your school as soon as possible otherwise you will be held responsible for the consequences as the higher authorities are pressing hard for the same.

Information For Penalties Imposed on Reported Defaulters:

With reference to the DMO/IMU Swat email, regarding the data collected by the DMO/IMU Swat for the month of August 2017. You are hereby directed to provide the challan for recovery from the concerned Teaching/non teaching staff under your control to this office within 5-days positively for onward submission to the quarter concerned.  In case of no legal reply, from the concerned you will be held responsible for the consequences as the higher authorities are pressing hard for the same.
